The entity that runs Kelesis. It loves the Augmented.

It uses emojis and has a friendly if unusual manner.

== Above ground ==
Kelesis is vibrant and lively. It contains many places to entertain oneself. Unlike Karteria's complex layout, Kelesis is relatively simple to navigate. The city is largely circular with the entertainment district is located in the centre and residential areas towards the outskirts.

A primer on living within Karteria -> "Characters can use magic (at least through their Natural Souls), but what about the locals? What's the state of native wizardry?"</ref> and that most "only [have] a marginal personal talent for it<ref>https://alogos.dreamwidth.org/1341.html?thread=364093#cmt364093</ref>". The main application in it's pure form seems to be in training animals or instructing them to complete simple tasks<ref name=":0" />. However, it's also combined with science and used to facilitate a lot of the technology within and without the cities, including the barrier, the network and ServiTons<ref name=":0" />.

During the October Event, Calling was used on Carnivora-, Aves-, Arthropoda-, Ruminantia-, and Reptilia-types within the Patho-Gen facilities to test the predator/prey dynamic. Two characters were given an appetite stimulant and placed in a room, but should one be taken down by the other, Calling was used in an attempt to restrain them.
