	|QuestionText=In the stress imprinting prompt, I saw some references to burning, stitching, electrocuting, etc. Can any of those remain or will Patho-Gen be doing literally everything possible to wipe all evidence of what they've done?

    |AnswerText=It's up to the player how much remains at the end of the stay, but it's very likely there would be physical evidence of what they'd gone through. While Patho-Gen would avoid releasing anyone who looked like they got <i>completely</i> chewed up, limbs awol, etc., they can't heal everything. Characters would be cleaned off- they wouldn't be sent out covered in blood, or with wounds uncovered- but they could be very much still wounded.<br><br>Do they have an <i>explanation</i> for why 'Augmenter maintenance' includes this amount of damage...? Not exactly. But it would be brushed aside as a side-effect of the surgery. The process of altering the Augmenter is a very delicate thing, and characters' bodies sometimes responded harshly to the experience. There was a bit of ferality unleashed while they were switching out components- and to keep a character from hurting themselves or others, they had to go to some lengths to restrain them. It was necessary.
