	|QuestionText=I think overall it'll depend on how many people are willing to pitch in to help but the INTENT would be to feed the city, Augmented AND citizens alike. Revise was mentioning on plurk that there might be some gentle nudging to have PCs eat in Kelesis to offset the loss of food, so at least there'd be a liiiiittle bit of easing on the lack of supplies. But the purpose of this would be to feed as many people as possible in the city, and probably to the mid-lower classes first, who likely don't get first pick, etc.<br><br>Obviously that intent will take time. But selling products would work too, the only concern is that it would continue to go to the upper crust who probably have better access, versus giving it to mid-lower-impoverished people (especially since that might help persuade them from CLASS WAR.....). But if it goes to "everyone" with equal access (haha), that would also be fine. It would depend on the pitch in that regard because Dorothea is aware of who really needs it, etc.<br><br>....also would this require a business license?

    |AnswerText=The Augmented attempting to source their food elsewhere (whether that's from Kelesis, or just... out of Karteria, away from public eyes) is a sweet token on their part. Practically, it makes little difference (as there's around 100-120 Augmented in the world at any given time, and the population of Karteria is around 700,000, and not every Augmented even eats normal human food), but if the Government or the various classes knew about it, it would <i>look</i> good. And that matters too.<br><br>Of course, any attempt to produce food for the city would go over well, and especially so if the 'priority' was to feed the locals. Right now, it would be tolerated if the Augmented effort was paired with grocers in the poorer districts, or the few philanthropic enterprises. Either way, it wouldn't be <i>fought</i>, if the desire was to feed the mid-lower-impoverished groups for free, or at a reasonable price.<br><br>When/if the situation becomes especially dire, anything produced would be likely to be seized by the Government (if it hadn't already been stolen, swarmed over by desperate (or opportunistic) people in the midst of a crisis). <i>Until</i> that point, the greenhouse effort could continue at the Augmented's direction.<br><br>As a starved population is one prone to riots, to agitation, towards an uncomfortable amount of 'toppling established power structures', and the Government isn't so far gone as to not recognize this. If it's at all possible, they would vastly prefer to keep the underclass fed.<br><br>As it's not strictly a <i>business</i>, this collective gardening venture- they would probably be allowed to operate without one. If Karteria's fortunes ever stabilize, and this became something geared more towards profit (Augmented-branded produce...), then they might be asked to get one before proceeding. Right now though, it's not necessary.
