In the event that a character comes in that is human but has very obvious physical mutations (gestures at Shouji's general heteromorph status) and his at-the-moment unavailable powers are linked directly <i>to</i> those mutations, do the physical presentations themselves change? Would the limbs affected by his powers just remain inert?

AnswerText:	That's really up to you, how you would prefer to play with it- whether the physical presentations change or remain exactly how he's used to. <br><br>So if you would prefer him to temporarily lose the ability to use those extra limbs, he certainly could- or, he could maintain that sort of 'baseline' ability. Keep those arms under control....
