I just have a few questions!<br><br>1) Only tangentially related to the medical question — what's the drug scene like in Karteria? <br><br>2) For the alternative medicines in the Lower-Class Areas. As they are fairly effective, what sorts of individuals/types of people are dealing in them? Does it seem to be a concentration of more... organized groups that distribute them?
