Incredibly specific question re: shifted/corrupted forms.

As Fel is robotic and made of metal (plasteel technically), would it be possible for his Aves soul to, for example, result in feathers made out of metal? Essentially just thin sheet metal, and they could also end up being somewhat sharp.

I imagine the downside to this would that he would need to use his own powers to aid with flight, which would make it significantly more draining for him. But consider: giant metal bird with knife feathers.

Absolutely! Robotic characters can certainly have their new features grow in more synthetically, if that would be preferable to going the fleshy route. (Or it can be a combination, whatever's the most interesting.) Fel can be a giant metal bird with knife wings, it is very cool.
