Inchresting... Thank you, mods! (And no worries on taking your time, it's all good. It sounds like things have been dire.)

Where would one find upper class/typical government employees, just people in that bureaucratic niche? Are they squirreled away in their own circles and high rises and keeping pretty separate from the typical populace (because of the Augmented and general class division and issues) or are there spots where some of them like to frequent in some fashion?

Indeed, these rich snobs enjoy keeping their own company, sequestered in their own exclusive spaces. As the most privileged, they have their own spaces for entertaining and prefer to keep it that way. They're often in their own high rises, using ballrooms or even each other's condos. They enjoy the past-times of Hot Goss, riveting philosophical debate or who-dun-it games, watching TV, or hiring private entertainers.

Private entertainers. It's hard to find who these people are, as those who are hired by them are often told to keep hush-hush about it. Going through the most impoverished and unhoused individuals who keep tabs on the happenings on the street might be able to point out a few connections, and the people who the upper crust often hire are individuals who are willing to do just about anything for status. Usually people who know how to keep themselves handsome or pretty; people who can hold a witty conversation, but never embarrass their employers. But nobody will speak of these opportunities in the entertainment industry proper.
