Hello, I'm considering canon updating in the future (how you made it work in game is so cool btw, I love it) and i was wondering: does anything physically change with the update or only mentally? Till has a lot of scars that he accumulates in the 3 years of canon I am considering for him, would he wake up to those scars on his body? Or having longer hair or whatnot? I personally, love his scars, but am completely fine if it doesn't work that way.

It's a mysterious thing, these mental updates... but a character could definitely find their body changing to fit the reality they now remember. More scars, longer hair- it can turn up, reflecting what they've become.

Though it's possible that the body might lag behind the mind. Sort of like how Natural Soul corruption takes place gradually, a character could also find their body slowly molded into what matches their new memories. In this case, scars appearing one after the other (even going through a hasty version of healing- to be raw, then freshly healed, eventually reaching their canon state), or hair growth significantly faster than normal....

Or they could just get it all at once (probably somewhat disturbing if anyone was there to watch it happen)! But yes, physical changes can happen, and you can choose how you'd like them to appear.
