Hi! I saw that characters aren't able to arrive with any SUPER DUPER ADVANCED TECH! And Luke... he got an arm kinda chopped off and has a cybernetic prosthetic in its place. And while robotic prosthesis are totes nothing new, it is still p-advanced!

So basically... can he keep his arm in the tdm so I know before I write a top level for him?

Oh no... poor dear. Luke may keep his arm, but perhaps Patho-Gen has rigged his Augmenter to nullify any particularly advanced non-human powers, like guns or lasers or anything of that ilk. A bit of extra strength is fine, but they're wisening up to these newcomers and their fancy bodies and powers!

Once accepted into the game proper, much of the powers possessed in that arm will likely be returned. We just like for all new characters to start out nerfed to be forced to rely on their Natural Souls.
