It should probably not be so hot/cold as to seriously hurt them (or hurt them at all, as her 'expectation' of what it should be like would take precedence, so if she thinks this is their normal, it would effectively be their normal), but she could absolutely change someone's temperature for a bit.

Yes, that could totally be possible! It should probably not be so hot/cold as to seriously hurt them (or hurt them at all, as her 'expectation' of what it should be like would take precedence, so if she thinks this is their normal, it would effectively be their normal), but she could absolutely change someone's temperature for a bit.
