Apart from being awkwardly startled by having a bright light suddenly shown on them, Spectrals shouldn't find themselves otherwise weakened by being under artificial light. Of course, it's entirely up to the player if they would prefer to have their Spectral dislike light sources in general, or be otherwise additionally sensitive to them, or just find darkness particularly cozy.
