Will he get anything more if he asks what they mean and refutes the idea that the streets are barren? There are people there still! Just unconscious! Patho-Gen's staff will ignore him when it's convenient for them, as it seems they're taking this vision the way they want to see it. Which is... pretty telling of some incredibly disturbing thinking! Some may look his way and register Bruno's protests, but chalk it up to the fact that most people were saved, so it's whatever.
