It's entirely up to the player, how repetitive they'd like the world scramble on their body to be. Maybe discussing and reaching some manner of acceptance of the bears causes it to heal up (or fade into something only barely legible, like a whiteboard that will never be erased completely) to make space for the next awful topic, and won't repeat. Maybe the bears come back a few days later and they're like goddamn it's the fucking bears again FINE... Whatever is more interesting/annoying to deal with!
