Not to worry. No, there is no need to track money earned by characters unless you wish to get that detailed about things. We'll leave it to players to use their best judgement about whether their character should be capable of purchasing something. For example, characters probably won't be able to rent their own housing until they have a steady source of income (and those opportunities are soon to come!), and certainly not during their first few months. As far as points: we assume you mean bonus AC points? In this case, we expect players to count each of their comments and submit them under "thread submissions" for mods to confirm. Your comment count (points) will be tallied at that time.
