Prepping for a vague idea for next month, but just to confirm since I couldn't quite tell from the phrasing on the Housing page - with regards to washrooms/bathrooms in the Valentia, are the Level 2 ones used by all residents in the building (including NPCs), or does each floor have their own set of those shared facilities?

For the sake of full disclosure (and making sure this would be ok to do), since Momo is a mostly moth Arthropoda I was planning to have him pupate next month...but I'm pretty sure his species of moth normally burrows underground for that life stage, so he'll be looking for somewhere dark and dank and quiet so I was considering just having a giant horror cocoon Turn Up in a janky back corner of one of the Level 2 washrooms/bathrooms/somewhere for like a week, and wanted to know if he might be accidentally scaring NPCs as well as the obvious cursed cr opportunity option of PCs running across it (or alternatively, if they're bustling enough all the time that he'd be better off somewhere else).
The floor 2 bathrooms would only be used by the Augmented! The other floors are normal hotel rooms turned apartments, and have private bathrooms- it's only the second floor that's been modified to have fully communal washrooms.

And that sounds like a very fine idea, Momo tucking himself way for cocoon time. But while the average NPC is unlikely to come across him, the janitorial services... well. They might be a bit spooked.

Maybe some helpful character can put a sign on his stall, warning for bug....
