Elan's acting is sure to help settle him in as a good, biddable Golem... and fortunately(?), any questionable behaviors or slip-ups are likely to be written off as quirks of programming and ignored (As long as he's not aggressive or particularly rude- and even those would lead to him just being sent back to Patho-Gen for maintenance, rather than be held personally accountable). Even ServiTons get sassy sometimes.... If he is a very helpful and efficient Golem, it's possible that he might be noticed and snagged by some manner of management within a few weeks. Not necessarily someone terribly important... but he'd be going up the ranks, at least. If that works out, he might eventually roomba his way up in terms of Council member access, but that will take more time (couple months at least). And yes, he could be 'assigned' (by assigning himself, by turning up there) to the Council offices.
