Hello mods! If your character is a vampire (or a vampire-equivalent, or simply a being that must feed on blood to survive), do the initial researchers provide this alternate food source for them here? Or is it something they would have to, say, go to a hospital and pay for/barter for a unit of blood?

I'm presuming that maybe being bonded to a natural soul diminishes this sort of thirst, but just wanted to clarify because having this sort of strain is fun to play.
At this point, Patho-Gen is somewhat more aware that some characters come in with tastes that run outside normal human food (like gelatinous tuna molds). They're also aware that some characters develop alternative palates. To this end, sanguine-savvy Augmented would be able to visit their local Patho-Gen Wellness Centers for a drink... though after a time they would be expected to pay for it, as anyone would for their dinners. The kitchen at the Valentia does not have raw blood at hand, as the staff there balked at keeping around a biohazard like that in their fridges.

(If you would like this feeding to be more/less challenging, it could be that not everyone on the hospital staff is alert to these conditions (or believes in them). So some days they might come in and have to argue with whoever is on duty that yes they need to eat this, or even be outright refused... whatever is most interesting to deal with!)

As for whether the Natural Soul will diminish the thirst (and potentially replace it with more/other hungers), that's entirely up to you! The soul might place its own demands, mingling with pre-existing ones, it could supersede them, it might not have an influence at all on their appetite. You can do whatever is most/least convenient for them.
