In the event that a character comes in that is human but has very obvious physical mutations (gestures at Shouji's general heteromorph status) and his at-the-moment unavailable powers are linked directly to those mutations, do the physical presentations themselves change? Would the limbs affected by his powers just remain inert?	That's really up to you, how you would prefer to play with it- whether the physical presentations change or remain exactly how he's used to. So if you would prefer him to temporarily lose the ability to use those extra limbs, he certainly could- or, he could maintain that sort of 'baseline' ability. Keep those arms under control....
