Alas, neither the city council nor Patho-Gen has any weapons to offer... at least, that they're willing to offer. If you want knives or baseball bats, best to buy your own. Friendly reminder from Patho-Gen: it is your claws/teeth/magic and that Shifted form that are your weapons. Go forth and hunt!
