Or rather, what sort of resistance would one encounter when trying to set fire to parts of the building? Asking for a friend.	Patho-Gen HQ and this spare... Patho-Gen Holiday Hotel(TM?) (name pending) are both extraordinarily built. The actual structure of the building is designed to be fire resistant and can last even through a raging fire without crumbling apart or burning. Patho-Gen HQ is more likely to have bits and bobs that are flammable within, such as fabrics, papers, potted plants, and other flammable tapestries or materials. A fire could be set, but they do have emergency sprinklers that can go off. Patho-Gen staff at both locations would be swift to try to extinguish any fires, but it can absolutely make its mark. The subfloors in Patho-Gen HQ, however (as seen in the Descend investigation sub-prompt), will be extremely resistant to fire; that place is highly guarded to maintain that nothing flammable is kept nearby, save for some documents or posters. The doors and their doorways are metal. It is of utmost importance that this area not be destroyed or burnt to a crisp, and not only for Patho-Gen's sake...
