The arcane radiation levels in the areas directly around Kelesis are similar to those found around Karteria. A roughly consistent, pervasive amount, without too many dips or peaks. There's plenty of Katalyth to be seen, but no massive formations of it, nor places where it's failed to grow. The local flora/fauna has its occasional visible mutation, and when dissected, everything will show the same hints of mutable behavior after death. As in Karteria, there's no Katalyth visibly growing within Kelesis itself.
