I didn't want to overstep with how available these batteries might be (or materials for making them) re: keeping with the setting - so if you have any parameters for how much stuff (lights, tools, electronics etc) they would be able to get powered in the first couple of months of the Bridge Town Project lmk!	No real strict parameters, though it would probably be unlikely to power an entire Karteria through character-batteries. But a smaller place like Aparallaxia (particularly as the Augmented aren't occupying the entire bridge), where the pulls on energy would be more modest, they should be able to collect and store enough to be used there. That applies to both the energy itself (which is inherently more variable depending on how many characters are helping, how efficient the energy capture is, etc.), and the physical batteries themselves. But given the capabilities of the Augmented, and the ability to scrounge for materials outside the reach of the city, they should be able to make a fair bit of progress.
