And my condolences to the hypothetical Patho-Gen employees who have to figure out how to put a bunch of sand back together. This is where I have more questions, though. In the simplest of terms, Echo is in a kind of split-personality situation, but the actual details are very complicated. She's not the original soul of her body. She was created by a Chain, which I guess could most quickly be compared to a Persona, but they're not really the same. Okay, the OG soul is Noise, she's contracted to the Chain, the Chain's power is to make temporary personalities under its control which means those are basically only puppets. Chain uses this power on Noise to create Echo because she's losing her mind. However, Echo's whole story arc is about her actually becoming her own soul and she's able to exist without the Chain in the end (and I assume she could have lived indefinitely but she was already dying). She was still in the same body as Noise's soul, though. I'm not that interested in playing both and would actually like to explore Echo being by herself. There is also a whole other thing with Noise's soul "dying" or something that I have yet to understand in canon, but I don't think that's the issue for this particular question. SO. My question is would the souls be considered separate for getting "grabbed"? Or, since there's a shared body, would they have to come together? Thank you, and sorry for how complicated this is!	For a situation like this, it would be fine for Echo to come in on her own! There's a case to be made in either direction really (coming with (the character is a 'unit' comprised of multiple souls with their own personalities), coming by herself (the character is Echo alone, so she alone is brought in with solo command of the body)), so it's totally okay to just go with the option that would be more fun to play out. So yes, Echo can arrive by her lonesome.
