Will characters with a familiar or service animal be able to regain their companion at any point after arrival, either via a rewards system or some other means?

Regaining the <i>original</i> animal might be somewhat complicated, given that living things don't arrive with characters... but gaining a 'new' companion through the [https://alogos.dreamwidth.org/7832.html treat] system should be possible. They might even be fairly close to the original- falling right into the uncanny valley of similarity.<br><br>(As a general note: service animals don't really exist in current Karteria (though people have pets, which they leave at home, or take for (leashed) walks), with that niche filled by robots. Animals wouldn't be allowed inside public buildings, as they're viewed as inherently 'dirty', no matter how well-trained.)
