With the ruminantia compulsion to "skewer the guilty" is that specifically <em>guilty</em> or "person who lied"?

AnswerText:
For Ruminantia, Xiezhi's Insight is primarily a sense for being actively lied to in the moment. However, they may be capable of sensing a particularly corrupt individual—the kinds of people whose lives are built on lying or performing injustices to others.<br><br>'Injustice' can be such a fickle thing, as the definition of justice varies from one character to the next. In this case, the character who the Ruminantia-type is currently judging would either be lying, or in the midst of performing something that the Ruminantia-type themselves considers to be unjust.
