QuestionText:	hello mods, i have a question that i was chewing on for a bit now due to it coming up in conversation that's pertaining more to the city itself: is it possible that the sewers have a set of hidden passages and the like? <br><br>because i was considering having texas head down there eventually to look around after the idea got planted in her head while searching for the missing people. if there is, would it be possible for them to find these hidden passages and discover where they might lead to?

AnswerText:	Is there a difference between a hidden passage and a merely forgotten one, places tucked away and badly noted down (if they were noted at all) in the blueprints? Because there's certainly places like that down there, access-ways that have never seen much accessing, lost in favor of ones more convenient. Now, nothing is particularly convenient for the Karterians, as going too far beneath the city is the same as going outside it in terms of protection from arcane radiation. <br><br>So it'd be possible to go down there and look around, find moldering supply closets and a water system that badly needs maintenance. An underground network of passages of varying levels of passibility, connecting the far corners of the city in somewhat inconvenient ways.
