How might those who assisted with Ereshkigal's little underworld heist back in February be received in Kelesis for the festival? | Cautiously. They've had some time to grieve over what they feel to be lost, and while they haven't forgiven Erishkigal or those who helped her, they're trying to view things in a less reactionary light. The Augmented have largely been kind to their city, and while killing their population qualifies as more than a 'mistake' in their eyes, they're trying to understand the reasoning. Trying to understand the people involved, and why they would do something this drastic. Where did this measure come from? Is there something they're not understanding? In practice, anyone who was involved in the underworld scenario will feel especially watched in Kelesis at all times. The baku will be swifter to act defensively if they notice anything that could be interpreted as aggression towards Kelesians, but they will be permitted to participate freely. (The Kelesians themselves won't treat these helpers any differently. It's only the behind the scenes baku who are cautious.) |

I've added a freak to my roster I'm so sorry anyways. if someone where to try and take a chunk out of the wall and uh. eat it. how bad would that be slash for someone who consumes human flesh like it's nbd, would he know if it's "off" in any way, would there be anything notable? |
That's a lot of meat, perpetually fresh, right there in the open. Who wouldn't want to take a few bites out of it.... It wouldn't cause him any harm, the meat is genuinely safe even in vast quantities. It is unlikely to taste good to even the most impartial (to those with more delicate stomachs, it might trigger nausea or sickness- not because anything's gone off with the meat, but purely due to flavor/ambiance), but it is harmless. It tastes of "wrong". Different characters would have different ideas of what "wrong" tastes like but it hits all of them. If meat is severed from the wall (and taken away from it so it won't just try and reattach), it will 'die' and begin to rot like any other meat. This happens at the normal rate of decay, so it's not like chopping it off will give someone a slimy mass of rotting muscleeyes immediately. |
